  • Sourcing and recruiting preference is given to those technologists that TCM knows with previous experience on TCM assignments through “Who Do We Know” prior consultant reutilization program and daily recruitment efforts
  • Leverage TCM’s up-to-date internal CRM database of 9+ million technology professionals nationwide based on customers full specification for best match
  • Connecting through professional and social media networks with technologists and user groups
  • Proactive consultant recruitment pipeline and Hotlists
  • Launch targeted email marketing campaigns to prospective technologists

  • Partnerships with TCM qualified and approved suppliers for niche skills

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT EVALUATION

  • Account Manager evaluates all information presented by the recruiter for further qualification directly with candidates prior to being presented to TCM customer
  • A minimum of two current managerial/supervisory references are conducted on all candidates
  • Background, drug and credit checks performed in accordance with customers pre-employment criteria
  • Written evaluations performed when more extensive technical verification is deemed necessary
  • Peer Evaluation: Current TCM consultant may evaluate candidate, if applicable
  • Confirm availability for interview with hiring manager

CONSIDERATION FOR ASSIGNMENT

  • Professional summary and resume presented addressing technologist(s) qualifications/experience as they relate to the specifics of the client’s job requirement, hourly rate and/or salary, current location, interview availability, potential start-date availability, and all other required customer criteria requested
  • Client to provide due diligence for technical interview, task assessment, and performance expectations for successful assignment
  • Client interviews are scheduled for selected best fit technologists

SELECTION PROCESS

  • References are re-visited by TCM/Client Account Manager
  • Client approval and offer extended

ONBOARDING

  • Drug screen
  • Criminal background check
  • Credit history
  • Optional pre-employment screenings at client request
  • TCM supplies customized orientation package to each consultant
  • Required compliance documentation is collected via Web Portal

TECHNOLOGIST AND CLIENT CARE PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND RETENTION

  • Day 1 training and orientation performed
  • Provide customer-specific playbook on expectations prior to first day of assignment
  • Speak and/or meet with consultant on first day of assignment
  • Follow-up call with customer manager that the technologist is reporting to establish follow-up process during the length of assignment and confirm all manager expectations once again for consultant successful performance
  • Perform consultant performance reviews with manager at the end of their first two weeks and then periodically throughout the term of the assignment
  • Technologist will provide assignment status reports monthly to customer manager and TCM representative
  • End of assignment consultant evaluation requested from customer manager
  • Market technologists to other customers that require same type of consultant qualifications and experience
