Health and Dental

Our group medical, vision and dental plans are provided at affordable rates, with premiums able to be paid under our Section 125 plan. Benefit coverage is comprehensive and available nationally. If you choose to pay for your premiums through our Section 125 Plan (on a pre-tax basis), you’ll be able to take home more net pay when you save FICA, Federal and state taxes on your premiums, and enjoy the security and comfort of knowing that you’re covered by nationally recognized insurance carriers.

401(K) Retirement Plan

We provide a 401k Retirement Savings Plan through TD Bank Wealth Management, a division of TD Bank, N.A. Save for your retirement through the convenience of payroll deductions with your choice of either tax-deferred 401k or after-tax Roth Contributions. The money you contribute is fully vested and earns interest in the funds you select as a participant.

Section 129 Flexible Spending Account

We offer Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts for W-2 employees. The plan allows eligible participants to pay for the first $5,000 of annual dependent care expenses with “before tax” dollars ($2,500 for married employees, filing separate tax returns). Participants save Social Security (FICA), Federal, and in many cases, state taxes on the money set-aside for these expenses.
